Ordering & Delivery Time
The delivery time depends on the product:
- Postcards, posters and arm prints: 5 working days.
- Rugs, cushions, and wallpaper: an average of 1 to 2 weeks. We have a production run at the end of each week. From the start of production to completion, it takes an average of 5 business days.
Luxury rugs and beanbags: on average 2 to 4 weeks, these are finished by hand, so production takes a little longer.
Once your order has been shipped, you'll receive an email with track & trace. If you haven't heard anything after four weeks, please contact us.
Returns
Most Studio LilaLine products are made especially for you and are considered custom-made. Therefore, these products cannot be returned.
Exception: Prints, postcards, and calendars can be returned unused and in their original packaging within 14 days. To do so, please email us.
Sustainability
We produce locally, to order, and without inventory. This means no waste, fair working conditions, and short supply chains. Wherever possible, we choose sustainable materials such as biodegradable or water-saving alternatives.
We also believe in sustainability through quality: a product that lasts a long time is ultimately the most sustainable choice.
Damage or problems during delivery
Please check your order immediately upon receipt. If the item is damaged or incorrectly delivered, please email us a photo immediately at andreacaracola1@gmail.com . We will then work with you to find a suitable solution.
