Artist, maker, and the hands behind every piece of Caracola Living.
My story
I’m an Ecuadorian-Dutch visual artist. I began under the name Caracola Art Studio, where I shared my fine art photography and watercolor paintings, from personal series to commissioned work. Over time, my practice moved beyond the wall, growing into a desire to create objects that could be lived with, touched, and used every day.
Living between cultures shaped the way I see design. The calm minimalism of the North meets the color and emotion of my Latin roots. Softness and strength. Stillness and warmth. This quiet contrast lives within everything I create.
My philosophy
For me, art is not something distant or precious. It belongs in everyday life. In the cup you hold in the morning. In the fabric that softens your home. In the small rituals that make a space feel yours.
Caracola Living exists where art meets function, where objects are not only beautiful, but meant to be used, loved, and kept for years.
